I would like to ask you to not use nostr for support, I might overlook notifications from there.
If I am correct, your VPS is IPv6-only, and it means that you don't have IPv6 connectivity. I have checked that server and 22/tcp is reachable. You will need to order an IPv4 address. Please open a ticket from billing to confirm your identity and I will proceed with required.
