Ah yes… I should have added “sourdough” to the high hydration part.
Just higher than normal water content, I think it helps give the nice air bubbles in the middle.

Oh ok! Thats what I thought it was but I’d never heard that term. I guess I made some high hydration bread pudding last night 😂😂
