When I have something copied into my clipboard, I have this interesting sensation of "feeling" that something is there. Like, I put a mental bookmark every time I copy something, which triggers a physical feeling of tension and suspense. I can walk away from the computer, and still feel "I have something waiting to be pasted..."

Mayhaps you are addicted to the dopamine you get from posting. Try fasting from social media and find out how much control it has over you.
Interesting take. It's not a negative feeling, per se, it's more of a reminder, a sixth-sense that's emerged through continued computer interaction.
Also, I'm pretty lite on social media. I am a programmer, however, and that's where the sensation occurs most: when I'm writing code.
