Still working on seed oils… but I think I have got the family 90% off… just hard to find stuff without soy or canola in it some where

Render your own tallow. It takes a while, but it's worth it.

Already do that but there are seed oils in almost every cooking or baking component

Yeah, that's true.

To me, 90% of the grocery store is completely irrelevant and I only go there for butter and sometimes maybe meat. I get most of the meat from my local butcher.
