If you’re on iPhone you can just use Orbot to access the Tor network. But yeah Tor browsing can be touchy. The price we pay….

If you have Protonmail or some other method I can send you the pdf.

I'm not, but I rarely use TOR so I'm not very knowledgeable about how to use it.

There are a couple of dedicated TOR browsers or browser extensions you can get for PC if you poke around a bit.
