how would one give individual miners more power?
they could choose to not be part of a pool and then they would have exactly as much power as they have power

Template !!! Either miners should be able to construct template themselves or at least vote on the template pool creates aka be fully informative and point hash rate somewhere else if they don’t support pools choices
