you are welcome and yes it's only egress which if being honest I won't need egress a lot (at least hopefully)

bin/ dev/ home/ lib32/ libx32/ media/ opt/ root/ sbin/ sys/ usr/

boot/ etc/ lib/ lib64/ lost+found/ mnt/ proc/ run/ srv/ tmp/ var/

Nothing but /home where i put all my files, everything else are system files, you may need to backup some configuration files from /etc/{nginx|apache2|mysql|..}, i don’t do that, because I’m installing all my stuff by ansible, all saved in a GitHub repository

Make sure to not include ssh keys in backup or at least make the gzip encrypted
