This was my theory on why they wanted to ban natural gas stoves and appliances.
Force the electrical metering, aka carbon credits
We used to all have gas stoves in out houses here on my reservation until the 70s, then one day the government came in , replaced them against our will with newer more “safe” and “efficient” gas stoves, put propane tanks in the lawns and it was never the same.
