Zaps automatically show who sent what amount to whom. Does it give away your wallet you use or the amount on it?

dont think so. certainly not the amounts you have on it. zaps give away your nostr profile. if you have a wallet ln address on there that will be known. if you zap someone with another wallet not much will be known about that.
