I mean, technically, no one owns their land in Canada. If property tax (rent) isn't paid, the landlord (gov) takes the property away.
This is just blatantly in everyone's face.
For those who consider real estate a safe asset, this is a must read.
When I first saw the news, I thought it was bad…..but this read (that I double checked with lawyers) feels more catastrophic for Canada.
