Asimov's "The Last Question" is a short story that explores the ability of increasingly powerful computers to answer the question of how to reverse entropy and prevent the heat death of the universe.

AC doesn't reveal the answer but instead implements it by reversing entropy and creating a new universe, stating, "LET THERE BE LIGHT!"
