coin control is just organizing using labels and picking which UTXOs to use for certain TXs
you can “clean” UTXOs by mixing them via coinjoin, although this can only be achieved when mixing with a bunch of other amounts of the exact same amount from other participants;
no opsec is gained by simply swapping one/a set of UTXOs back and forth, especially when the entities are known
