Somebody was asking there a while ago , I think that it might have been one of the devs actually, and I'm paraphrasing here : "should we focus on getting the normies onto Nostr, or should we try to get the freaks and geeks on first" or something like that .

I think freaks and geeks for now, cause a lot of culture is driven by the freaks and geeks man ,when you think about it , it just trickles down to the normies that way anyways.

Normies are used to getting a watered down , lowest common denomenator version of what the freaks and geeks are doing , and they don't even realise it , like , look at superhero movies, or television shows that are remakes of cult classics that sort of a thing . Just look at the users of early bulletin board systems and how nerdy and wierd they all were , and how everyone is doing that more or less now. It all trickles down eventually .
