when I click "keys" I get the same screen - nothing but the "add key" button and the word "keys". And the button doesn't work.

the "add keys" button doesn't work?? ok, yeah, that definitely sounds like a weird browser issue; would you mind trying with something else??

Yeah. Same thing on safari. Let me download Firefox and try that.
