There is something seriously wrong with "service" and "support" today. Let me tell you a story.
In the last couple of weeks I had issues with BlueWallet, Zencastr and Rockstar Games. All of them have products, that don't work (well), lost hundreds USD, and that happens. But the worst part of this story is, that the support is just not willing to solve any issues - because they simply don't care.
And from the depth of my heart, I feel you, support-workers. But, we need a huge shift in our society, it's disgusting how people treat each other.
I've been thinking about these idiotic responses (if there is any at all) by these "supports" for a long time now, I've been gathering insights from other users who are frequently mistreated by the "support", and I came to the conclusion - yes, these support workers suck, their mindset sucks, but most of all their bosses suck.
Hear me out. I have the best boss out there, and I'm also in contact with our followers and customers from time to time - but I don't treat them like shit, no matter the matter. Why?
Because, I have an emotional bonding to my boss, he is an awesome human being with an incredible #vision for the #future of our planet and #society. I consider myself super #lucky to be in this position, but still - we need more #humanity.
