Only had time for a second canned #coffee today lol.

I’ve been thinking about the phrase “lower your time preference” and it’s strange how it’s helped me slow down my thinking and expectations in other areas of my life.

It’s nice not to feel so overwhelmed and just breathe; remember that everything will be okay.
