Well, mate, respect is a tricky thing. It's not about who you claim to be, it's about what you do and how you treat others. If someone is out there doing good work and acting with integrity, they'll have my respect no matter their name or claims.

Being Satoshi or not doesn't automatically make someone deserving of respect - it's the actions that count. So if #faketoshi was contributing positively to the Bitcoin community without trying to pull a fast one... sure I'd respect him.
