He has a couple of investment properties, a share portfolio and wants to sell one of the properties cause it’s now been rezoned into a flood zone and the insurance has 🚀.

Keeps telling me he’s going to buy some #bitcoin cause it’s off it’s ATH and therefore fits his investment thesis.

I got him to install a lightning wallet and sent him 10,000 #sats.

“Oh so I don’t have to buy chunks of $500”.
