The logic here is golden, same as with chemotherapy. You know that cancer cells feed on sugar only, you know that any soluble fiber eventually breaks down into foreign blood sugar which is exactly same as raw fresh white sugar, and yet you recommend nothing about diet while doing overall damage to the body with surgeries and chemo just to temporarily decrease the tumor at the same time exhausting body's ability to fight and heal. With diet you could cut foreign blood sugars completely, because body does not really need them, but no, you do chemo, because it decreases tumors a bit.
Likewise, you target 2% inflation because it sounds better than say 10% inflation. But 0% is out of question because nobody ever does that.
If you do not understand such basics, you cannot be a scientist in modern scientism.

Well i can explain: if you own a money printer and you cannot print, then you have no money so they must be allowed to print 2% of what they did last year so they always own at least 2% of all the money.
