If you breathe, if you move, and if you do anything at all, you will fail. And there are two kinds of perceptions about it.

The first is negative: you failed, it's bad, you're incompetent and stupid... This kind of thinking leads to regression and self-destruction.

The second is positive: you failed, it's good, you're incompetent and learning... This is the way of progress and success. The more you focus on your goal and the more you learn from failures, the more successful you will be.
