Also, be safe and be street smart when meeting up: if he knows you’re offering to accept bitcoin he probably assumes you have bitcoin and a bad person might be interested in attempting a $5 wrench attack on your seed phrase.
Hope I’m not spreading unnecessary FUD and I’m probably being over cautious but I recently had a random security incident that’s got me thinking about that kind of stuff closer
