Possible but doubt it. These guys love their Oil (or other people's)
I'm like 70% sure it was over some private keys. No way they do all this for drugs, that was the cover. For oil I'd give it a 30% chance.
No way, bitcoin is small potatoes in this sphere. All the bitcoin are only worth $2T.
The last Iraq war cost $3T. This nation building expedition will probably end up costing more than that.
