Teflon is such a con as stainless steel is so nonstick.

You aint kiddin! Even if the steel isnt, nothin a little butter wont help!

💯. Stainless steel could do with an awareness campaign.

No doubt!

I have my doubts on partchment paper. Definitely better than aluminum, but it has some counting for that thing to not burn and says safe till 450°F ( that's not that high)....

Fully agree. Lets find a better alternative

Probably silicone, but never researched on the chemistry of it

Quick chatgpt lol

Silicone: Made from silica (a natural element), silicone is considered chemically stable and non-toxic. It doesn’t react with food or release chemicals at normal cooking temperatures.

What’s wrong with aluminum foil?

Leeching into the food when exposed to “high heat”.

Interesting, what’s “high” in this context?

Im asking same question jimbo! My guess would be 500 degrees or higher.
