Well, the one in Toronto is surely wind related. It was brutal all over the North East yesterday. My drive from Pennsylvania back to the GTA got me the worst MPG I've had in over a decade of driving. My truck weighed loaded over 78,000 lbs and I was being pushed sideways! Gusts came and went. It's was not fun.
