We're planning on opening a Café when we've saved enough. I'm passionate about coffee, and my wife is passionate about baking. I have to be gluten free, and she makes unrivaled gluten free pastries. The gluten free crowd is significantly under serviced in our area, so we should be a hit.

Probably ten to fifteen years out, unless something changes significantly for us. We'll definitely incentivize Bitcoin payments over fiat. Price everything in Sats and provide a smaller font dollar amount at a premium to the Sat amount.
