I smoke weed to relax, I microdose mushrooms to calm my mind and think clearer, I eat extremely clean high beef diet with plenty of fruit, I use edibles to sleep better, and I workout like a military drill sergeant in a prison yard…. All of these things have been more beneficial to my lifestyle than any pill or procedure from a Dr, just saying…..💪💪💪🍄🍄🍄

Recently I’ve been buying them from a legit company called Brain Supreme which I discovered through a few podcasts. They have an incredible product but are quite pricey. Sometimes I buy the mushrooms from friends who grow them, then grind them up and weigh it out into capsules myself.
