When you respect yourself and are comfortable just being by yourself, it attracts people. And it also puts you in the mindset of "I'm not gonna take any shit or compromise with anybody." You'll cooperate, but never sacrifice a core value. You'll know that you don't need to.

Awesome, you're on the right track. Work on the former part. Don't even take crap from yourself. A really exceptional partner can help you develop that in yourself, but you have to do most of the work even then. So start now, and the bitches will come soon enough.
