What is this? And is it safe to just check the "remember my choice" box?

Iris stores your latest "notifcations seen" and "dms seen" timestamps so that you can use different devices and they are in sync.
You can approve it if you like. There's a "feature" that it will keep asking it unless you approve it automatically (tick that box). Will be fixed later.
