Here's my problem with 'Trump is already disqualified" 14th amendment discourse: there is no 'obviously' clause in our legal/political system.

A state legislature, election board, registrar, etc. can't just declare "that person isn't eligible." If there isn't some process, with procedural protections, then there is no 'fact that Trump engaged in [x]' for any political or judicial body to take note of and act on.

So, convict him of something relevant, and we have another discussion.
