I’m doing my first now. Passed 23 hours without food or water. Surprised that it feels easier than water fasting and I just read ”Dry Fasting Revolution” by Michel Deladdey, the benefits are x3 of water fasting. Had a small light fever when I went to bed, thirsty, but not that bad. Not very hungry, which is odd! A bit weaker, important not to stress. Sun, walks, reading a lot. Thinking of doing this weekly on Sundays now. #dryfast
