So what is Tai Chi really about? 🤔Depends who you ask.

For me it’s similar to a daily meditation. The benefits are hard to articulate but felt profoundly in the mind and body.

As I got older I focused more on fundamentals such as opening the body, releasing and stretching all of the muscles and soft tissues which cultivates quite incredible change to one’s being.

‘Sung’ translated roughly as releasing or letting go is the key and changed the way I saw the art. Paradoxically it also improved dramatically the other martial arts I was practicing but that’s another post.
