Buy turkey, smoke turkey, eat turkey.

Yeah, but where do you buy it?

Grocery. You can get fancy, but a Butterball turkey is our family go to.

Out back with my 22. The trick is to soak the meat in milk for 24 hours before cooking. That gets rid of gamey taste.

Local, regenerative farm

I doubt that i can find a turkey from the farm here in Chicago
