I'm working on this even as we speak. The current design doesn't use an nsec bunker, but instead manages the member list using key rotations. I'm not sure which approach is better, but I think a pure-nostr solution will get more buy-in. Right now I'm reviewing to see if I can pull the community related stuff (moderation mostly) out and replace with with nip 72.
Well how did I not see this before I made a fool of myself suggesting proposals as a total #noob. Who needs “gift bags” when you can have a bunker managed nsec for each private group.
