#UTXO CONSOLIDATION IS FOR BEARS!

i've had it with the blanket "fees low, consolidate now!" without something said about the inclusion of individual inputs of time preference or UTXO size.

the longer you hold + the higher the value of each UTXO = the less UTXOs you will need to spend.

unless you have a bunch of very very small UTXOs and only plan to use them to buy a house or something huge ... to me, it's not worth the #privacy compromise to consolidate.

thus, depending on how you stacked + how long you plan to hold + what you plan to do with it = each individual needs to evaluate if it's worth doing.

i just like to point this out bc i think the UTXO consolidation talk is way overblown .... unless you are a bear. 😜
