FWIW #OpO9A I was trying to get another #scientificexperiment run a few months ago (this time if you're a #Brit you'll be pleased to hear just for the cost of a few computer clusters; one in #PineGap , one in #GCHQ and one in #FortMeade (#NSA) (note the 8 hour time diff between each of the 3 locations), and experiment to see if the #DracoConstellation ... emits #time at us. Or #ManipulatesSpaceTime around us/this planet. (Can't give details obviously).
