Naan
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
1 tbs oil
Soak 2oz yeast in 1/2 cup water and 1 tsp sugar for 10 mins.
Mix and let rise for 2-3hrs. Should double.
You’ll want some of this too..
1:1 Yogurt/Mayo
1/2 lemon squeezed
3 cloves garlic minced
Parsley
