When you look to tag someone on Twitter who is not on Twitter it should be their Primal address.

like PRIMAL.NET/CAR in all caps. 👌

This is the first step to onboarding more users from Twitter. Lot of missed opportunities not doing this.

Just because we are not on their platform doesn’t mean we can’t participate in the conversation.
