As skipper infers, far better to use an OS that doesn't spy in the first place
This is, like, akin to petitioning to politicians "please politicians do not tax us so much".
Having google services installed on your phone means you're rekt.
That is just what the screen shows. You cannot see what happens under the hood. If you do not want Big Tech to spy on you, you should consider GrapheneOS or CalyxOS projects.
And presumably you'd have to make sure whomever you're sending to does the same. Better yet, just use and communication with GrapheneOS (and similar) phone users. In other words, pretty much have no friends, relatives or business contacts.
