Bitcoin may be for enemies, but so is oxygen and water. Just because you and your enemy both have a need to breath and stay hydrated does not mean you are friends nor does it mean you fighting for the same goals.

Anyone who would seek to use bitcoin as a way to subjugate you or society as a whole is most definitely not a friendly.
