so the authorities have the technical capacity to hunt the criminals down, seize the coins and them they fuck up when putting them on a ledger, the easiest of them all in terms of usability? sounds pretty off to me, considering the corrupt nature of the Bulgarian government.
No, no, I think they siezed a ledger that they don't know the pin of and those Bitcoins are basically inaccessible and useless
