“All intelligence is collective intelligence”

Working out is communicating with the intelligent hivemind of cells in your body. The things you do have a cause and effect on agential cell intelligence and the subsequent actions they pursue.

Is the singular “you” even a valid concept, since “you” is the result of mass cell coordination with no central operator. Maybe self is an illusion, an emergent result of trillion of worker cells.

What if we better understood this communication network. Lots to rethink about in this new framing. #biointelligence

I always thought it was interesting that when you cut hairs and fingernails etc, that these things that used to be a part of "you" are clearly not you anymore. I think that concept can scale up to every component of the body until You != YourBody

There’s also a ruthlessness to it all. Noone is special, and you are purged if you are not doing your function. It’s an extreme meritocracy. A borg collective.
