it’ll be funny if they do sell 20 years down the line pay off half the debt and then have to buy back in right after to do it again it’ll just take longer this time around when they could’ve just waited maybe 30-40 years and paid all of it off

They can just keep rolling down the debt against the asset that goes parabolic each year.
