Men need creatine. Women need creatine. Old people need creatine. If there's one supplement I recommend to 99% of people, it's creatine.

Why?

You only need a very tiny amount which is easily produced by your body.

Creatine supplementation can help with strength and power training when taken for short periods of time but long term use is problematic any excess amount is excreted and can have an impact on kidney function.

Unless the science has changed since I studied it.
