**New WiFi Vulnerability: The SSID Confusion Attack**
"A new vulnerability arising from a design flaw in the WiFi standard allows attackers to trick victims into connecting to less secure networks and intercept their traffic.
Additionally, the attack can exploit the auto-disconnect feature in certain VPN clients, which automatically disables the VPN connection when the device connects to a predefined “trusted” WiFi network."
