There are several suggesting that Nostr is not welcoming to non-bitcoiners because there are so many bitcoiners here talking about bitcoin.

Right, everyone seems to help with wallets, LN, custody, and explaining small things. Easing them into Bitcoin. That sounds pretty welcoming to me.
