Been trying this loseit app for a couple days now. Some of my favourite features:

- tracking deficit over time, can eat a bit more one day and make it up by eating less another

- quickly scan barcodes to import nutrition information

- can track macros like protein. Using this i discovered i wasn’t getting enough.

overall great tool, would recommend.

- apple watch for estimating active calorie burn, which loseit can use for improving its estimates

- smart scale for quickly and easily tracking weight just by standing on it every morning

- food scale for accurate logging
