Not super happy about our freeze dryer.

After a month this isn't the view I was hoping for. Especially with about 4 batches prepped to go in it. Harvest Wrong?

Customer service has been responsive, however the issue is not fixed. They may send out a whole new board apparently.

I'm capable, but I don't want to have to be a freeze dryer tech so early in the process.

This is the experience of almost everyone I’ve talked to. If you got one post-coof, their outgoing quality control is nonexistent. It’s probably the only thing that’s holding me back on one. Hope you get it going!
