One weakness I've always thought about for the lightning network is the single point of failure vulnerability. If a node goes down, it needs to be restored before the channels can become active once more, whereas with L1 bitcoin just goes on and doesn't care. It just popped in my head that the channel data doesn't need to be in one location, and the signing can happen by any signer with the half-key.
Could Nostr host obfuscated and/or simplified LN channel data?
