Check on which relays they are publishing and block read from those relays. Follow mass Nostriches you like and you'll be ok ;) or pay nostr.wine âš¡

Which Nostr client do you use?
there are many relays which blocks spamming but I didnt find any suitable clients doing that...very big problem rn is this
