Replying to Change this if you want

Holy fuck! In order to talk to Apple customer service to ask whatever you want they asked my name my phone number my Apple ID and sent email confirmation! This is very bad policy!

they want to be sure that people are used to giving away everything anytime they make a phone call or talk to anybody
